joy. Puri is a pristine beauty that never fails to tease the sense of even the
most seasoned tourists. And a hotel in Puri is equally charming
and hospitable.
If you are a
pious Hindu, Puri should be on your list of must-not-miss spots. However, it
never means that people of other religious faiths are not welcomed in Puri. Be
ready for your holy holidays. Visit the famous Jagannath temple which is not
far away from the sea beach. The luxury hotels are within walking distance of
both sea beach and abode of Jagannath. However, if you are staying in an
expensive rest-house, you may take a rickshaw or auto to reach the temple
depending on the distance.
Come back to your
hotel by noon and have your lunch. Both in budget and luxury Puri hotels, you
will have a plateful of veg or non-veg items. However, in five-star hotels,
food quality is excellent and there are too many varieties to choose from.
What about
Sight-Seeing Spots?
There is almost a
plethora of them. You can find several tourist buses that take the travelers on
a tour round the city. You can also ask at the customer desk of your hotel
in Puri in this regard. Visit Konark temple to witness great
architectural signature from the ancient India. There is world-famous Lake
Chilka. You can also visit Udaigiri and Khandagiri.

forget to try the local cuisines on the street, they are simple fantastic!
